Idcas lifts domestic rebar prices on rising scrap
Turkish long steel maker Icdas has revised up its prices of rebar sold in the domestic market, in line with the increasing scrap import prices, Kallanish notes.
The steelmaker's 12-32mm, 10mm, and 8mm rebar prices have increased to TRY 1,440/tonne ($468/t), TRY 1,450/t and TRY 1,460/t from 19 October. This is an increase of TRY 10/t from its previous, 13 October price list update.
