Icdas reduces domestic rebar prices
Turkish long steelmaker Icdas has slashed its prices of rebar sold in the domestic market after the one-week holiday break, Kallanish notes.
Currently, the steelmaker's 12-32mm, 10mm and 8mm diameter rebar is quoted at TRY 1,370/tonne ($460/t), TRY 1,380/t, and TRY 1,390/t respectively, each down by TRY 60/t over the previous, 20-July price list.
The domestic wire rod prices of Icdas have also decreased by TRY 50/t to TRY 1,520-1,550/t for 5.5-8…
