Icdas reduces domestic wire rod prices
Turkey's Icdas has lowered its prices of wire rod sold in the domestic market by TRY 10/tonne ($3.4/t), Kallanish learns from the long steelmaker.
The company's 5.5-8.5mm diameter (SAE 1006) wire rod is currently being quoted in the TRY 1,510-1,540/t ($511-521/t) range, down from TRY 1,520-1,550/t offered previously. The move follows a slash in price by TRY 50/t earlier this week.
