Icdas reduces domestic longs prices again
Turkey's Icdas has started the week with another reduction in its rebar and wire rod prices for the domestic market, as scrap import prices are trending down and the lira is appreciating, Kallanish notes.
Icdas' 12-32mm, 10mm, and 8mm diameter rebar prices have been lowered each by TRY 30/tonne on-week to TRY 1,900/tonne ($538/t), TRY 1,910/t and TRY 1,920/t, respectively, effective 24 April. The move follows a reduction by TRY 40/t last week.&…
