Icdas raises rebar prices for domestic market
Turkish long steelmaker Icdas has lifted its prices of rebar sold in the domestic market by TRY 20/tonne, in line with the continued rise in scrap import prices, Kallanish notes.
Icdas’ 12-32mm, 10mm and 8mm diameter rebar are quoted at TRY 1,410/t ($491), TRY 1,420/t and TRY 1,430/t respectively, with effect from 21 March. A week earlier, the company raised its rebar prices by TRY 30/t.
