Icdas raises domestic longs prices as scrap upticks
Turkey's Icdas has again increased its domestic rebar and wire rod prices this week, reflecting the notable increase in scrap import prices, Kallanish notes.
The scrap-based long steelmaker's 12-32mm, 10mm, and 8mm diameter rebar are offered at TRY 1,980/tonne ($557/t), TRY 1,990/t and TRY 2,000/t respectively with effect from 3 July. This is up by TRY 30/t over the previous week's prices. Last week Icdas raised its rebar prices by TRY 20/t…
