Icdas raises domestic longs prices
Turkish scrap-based long steelmaker Icdas has lifted its domestic market prices, despite the fall in Turkish scrap import prices, Kallanish notes.
The company's 12-32mm, 10mm, and 8mm diameter rebar prices have each risen by TRY 30/tonne to TRY 2,260/t ($656/t), TRY 2,270/t and TRY 2,280/t respectively on 14 September. This is the first price change by Icdas since 14 August.
