Icdas lifts domestic longs prices again
Turkish long steelmaker Icdas has increased further its domestic rebar and wire rod prices, reflecting strong scrap import prices, Kallanish notes.
The 12-32mm, 10mm, and 8mm diameter rebar prices of Icdas are quoted at TRY 1,840/tonne ($518.6/t), TRY 1,850/t and TRY 1,860/t respectively, with effect from 28 December. This is up by TRY 30/t over the past week, when Icdas raised domestic prices by TRY 40/t.
