Icdas continues with domestic longs prices hikes
Turkish long steelmaker Icdas has again lifted its domestic rebar and wire rod prices, reflecting the surge in scrap and semis import prices as well as the lira depreciation, Kallanish notes.
Icdas' 12-32mm, 10mm, and 8mm diameter rebar prices are being quoted at TRY 1,660/tonne ($510/t), TRY 1,670/t and TRY 1,680/t, respectively as of 10 November. The move follows a TRY 30/t increase on Monday, after a hike by TRY 100/t in the past …
