IAM local ratifies Cleveland-Cliffs labour agreement
A labour agreement with Cleveland-Cliffs has been ratified by workers at its Middleton Works facility aligned with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers’ (IAM) Local 1943.
Kallanish understands the agreement includes four-year long labour contracts for approximately 2,100 hourly workers. The new contacts will become effective on 15 May after the two parties tentatively reached an agreement at the end of April.
