Chinese mills plan lower September HRC output
In September, the total planned HRC production at major flat mills is expected to hit 12.696 million tonnes, down -2.34% month-on-month but up 9.24% on-year, according to public media. Environmental restrictions have continued to be implemented, and steel production is still being affected by such policies, Kallanish notes.
