Hoa Phat’s Q2 earnings improve
In the second quarter of the year, Vietnam’s Hoa Phat Group saw revenue and profit after tax improve significantly on-quarter, but both amounts were still lower than a year earlier, according to the company’s announcement.
In Q2, Hoa Phat recorded sales revenue of VND 29.8 trillion ($1.25 billion), up nearly 11% from Q1 but down 21% compared with the same period of 2022. Profit after tax, meanwhile, surged 3.78 times over Q1 to around VND 1.45 trillion…
