Hoa Phat targets prestressed concrete longs market
Vietnam’s Hoa Phat Group plans to build the country’s first plant to produce prestressed concrete (PC) steel bar, strand and wire products next to its integrated steelworks project in Dung Quat. Vietnam has so far been entirely reliant on imports from China, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea and Japan, Kallanish notes.
