Hoa Phat hits 1mt HRC production
Vietnam's leading steelmaker, Hoa Phat Group, surpassed 1 million tonnes of hot rolled coil production at its Dung Quat steel plant on 20 February, Kallanish notes.
The steelmaker hit this level only nine months after its first official production. Danieli Group, which was responsible for the equipment and installation of Hoa Phat's HRC mills, says Hoa Phat has achieved a record with this output in such a short period.
