Hoa Phat’s Hai Duong targets 2mt steel output
Hoa Phat Group's Hai Duong Steel plans to reach 2 million tonnes/year of billet and steel output in 2021, despite the Covid-19 impact on the Vietnamese market this year, Kallanish notes.
