Buyers expect discounts after Hoa Phat quotes HRC
Hoa Phat's latest domestic list price for its new allocations of hot rolled coil will need some discounting to attract buyers, trading sources say. The mill has set its new HRC price at $796/tonne cfr Ho Chi Minh City, Kallanish notes. This is based on the company's exchange rate of VND 23,000 per dollar.
