Henan reveals steelmakers' energy consumption details
China’s Henan province has published energy consumption details for 20 local steelmaking plants, according to the provincial Industry and Information Technology Commission. Henan's energy consumption inspections show that all steel companies comply with standards except those which have already stopped production or special steel plants, which enjoy looser targets, Kallanish notes.
