China's Henan province restricts steel production
Henan province in China is restricting production at 19 steelmakers over the period 20 October 2016 to 31 January 2017, according to the provincial Economy and Information Commission. Severe air pollution in Henan's Anyang city has forced more short-term restrictions, which should reduce output until the smog clears, Kallanish notes.
