Henan Anyang eyes four steel groups by 2020
The government of Anyang in Henan province recently announced the development plan for its steelmaking and processing industry. The city is expected to form a smelting, rolling and deep processing industry cluster, which, after capacity replacement is completed by 2020, will have an operating revenue of CNY 150 billion ($22 billion), Kallanish notes.
