Hegang completes 2016 capacity elimination targets
Hebei Iron and Steel (Hegang) has achieved its 2016 capacity elimination targets, joining several provinces in meeting its targets early. Jiangsu for example has just announced it has overshot its elimination targets by almost 49%, Kallanish notes.
