Hebei Wuan builds steel capacity trading platform
Hebei province’s Wuan city in China has constructed a steel capacity trading platform, according to Hebei’s provincial government website. In 2016 the platform has in total collected CNY 744 million ($108.17 million) steel capacity trade volumes, Kallanish notes.
