Hebei juggles steelmaking capacity closure and replacement

China's major steelmaking province of Hebei has published details of six major capacity restructuring projects. These include the creation of three large merged steel groups, the expansion of Shougang Jingtang, the relocation of Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel and new capacity at Yongyang Special Steel.
