Hebei restricts steel production across ten cities
China’s Hebei province is restricting steel production in 10 cities over 15 November to 15 March, according to a new government announcement. Those which meet Ministry of Industry and Information Technology standards will only be restricted over 1 January to 28 February 2017 however.
