Hebei H1 steel output decreases
In H1 2017, Hebei province removed 14.08 million tonnes/year of iron and 15.72m t/y of steel capacity, achieving 75.5% and 67.4% of its annual targets respectively. It has also detailed 11.81m t/y of mislabeled steel capacity it removed in the first half of the year.
