Hebei Xinwuan to build steel plant in Malaysia
Hebei Xinwuan Group’s Wen’an Iron and Steel plans to build a steel plant in Malaysia, and is linking the project to capacity reductions in China, Kallanish notes. According to the Borneo Post, the proposed integrated project is worth MYR 13 billion ($3 billion).
