Hebei approves cross-province steelmaking quota trade
On 18 July the Hebei provincial government published a cross-province steelmaking quota transference deal between one local steelmaker and one from southeast China. This covered 1.08 million tonnes/year of iron and 1.21m t/y of steelmaking capacity.
