Hebei announces steel production restrictions' guidance
Northern China’s Hebei, Shanxi, Henan, Tianjin and Beijing together have recently issued an air pollution control scheme for the winter season. Major steel producting cities in Hebei and heavy polluting industries such as coking have been all asked to arrange alternating production schedules to reduce output over the winter period.
