Hadeed declares force majeure on billet exports: sources
A fire at Saudi Iron and Steel Company (Hadeed) has forced the producer to curtail production. It has consequently had to declare force majeure on export deals for around 200,000 tonnes of billet to Southeast Asia, numerous Arab Gulf sources tell Kallanish.
