Growing China exports push down Turkish capacity utilisation

Growing Chinese and Russian steel exports will drive a further decline in Turkish crude steel capacity utilisation to 54% in 2015, according to Ali Pandir, board member at the Turkish Steel Exporters’ Association (CIB).
