German steelmakers’ scrap use increases: BDSV
Steelworks in Germany have this year used more scrap due to the rising costs of CO2 certificates and to compensate for the likewise sharp rise in iron ore prices, says Daniela Entzian of German steel recyclers federation BDSV.
