German crude production falls slightly in July
Crude steel output at German mills in July fell by -6% from July 2015, reaching 3.393 million tonnes, Kallanish learns from industry federation WV Stahl.
This is the second time this year that monthly production has undercut the previous-year value, WV Stahl says. However, the federation also describes an “… improved order intake,” which it says will lead to stable production over the coming months.
