German auto suppliers call for 'technology-neutral' powertrain funding
Germany’s transport sector must contribute to the achievement of climate targets, but it cannot rely solely on battery-powered propulsion, according to their working group, Arbeitsgemeinschaft Zulieferindustrie (ArGeZ).
ArGeZ includes the federation of steel and metals fabricators Wirtschaftverband Stahl- und Metallverarbeitung (WSM), whose managing director, Christian Vietmeyer, is the group’s spokesman.
