Fuxin Steel to begin construction of stainless mill
Fujian's Fuxin Special Steel (Fuxin) is to start construction of its low-nickel stainless steel plant in the first half of 2018, Kallanish notes. Its parent company, Taiwan's Formosa Plastics Group, plans to invest $500 million in the project.
