Formosa starts up new sintering plant
The new Formosa Ha Tinh steelworks in Vietnam began production at its No.2 sintering furnace on 19 April, according to Chinese media. The eventual start of the steelworks will threaten exports from China to Vietnam, Kallanish notes.
