Formosa Ha Tinh hopes to commission this week
Vietnam’s Formosa Ha Tinh steelworks project says it hopes to blow-in its first blast furnace by the end of May. The troubled and much-delayed project hopes to replace a large volume of Vietnamese flat steel imports when it ramps up production, Kallanish notes.
