Formosa Ha Tinh hikes offer prices
Vietnam’s Formosa Ha Tinh raised its hot rolled coil offer prices on Monday, bringing them level with many Chinese export offers. The move makes its offers competitive without offering the large discounts seen in some previous months, Kallanish notes.
