Five Chinese listed steelmakers report slumping profit
As of Thursday, five more China-listed steelmakers have reported net profits for the first half of the year. All reported lower profits compared with the same period of last year, according to exchange filings.
Within this, Fushun Special, CITIC Special and Xinxing Ductile saw revenue grow, but their net profit still decreased during the period on a year-on-year basis, Kallanish notes.
