Fitch revises up iron ore, coal price assumptions
Fitch Ratings has revised up its assumption for the 62% Fe iron ore cfr China price in 2019 to $90/tonne from the previous $75/t, while in 2020 it sees this price at $75/t versus the previous $70/t.
Fitch’s assumption for the hard coking coal fob Australia price in 2019, meanwhile, has been revised up to $180/t from the previous $160/t guidance, but for 2020 it has remained at $140/t.
