Ferrexpo's pellet output continues to grow
Ukrainian iron ore pellet producer Ferrexpo has increased production of pellet in the first nine months of 2018 following completion of the modernisation of its pelletising facility, the company says.
Ferrexpo produced 2.7 million tonnes of iron ore pellets in the third quarter, 5.9% more than in Q2, Kallanish notes. From this, 167,440t were of 62% Fe content and 2.5mt of 65% Fe content, 6.3% up on the previous quarter.
