Ferrexpo sees earnings decrease amid low production
Swiss-headquartered, Ukraine-based iron ore miner and pellet producer Ferrexpo's revenue in January-June decreased by 31% on-year to $936 million.
Ebitda was down 44% to $486m, reflecting higher costs, principally driven by lower production volumes, rising global inflation and energy prices, Kallanish notes. Net cash flow from operating activities decreased by 65% to $233m and profit after tax declined by 88% to $82m.
