Ferrexpo pellet output remains stable after upgrades
Swiss-headquartered iron ore miner and pellet producer Ferrexpo with assets in Ukraine saw production of iron ore pellet almost flat in January-October.
The company produced 9.19 million tonnes, up by 0.1% on-year, Kallanish notes. Iron ore concentrate output however increased by 5.9% to 12.18mt.
In October alone, Ferrexpo increased pellet production by 3.5% on-year to 1.03mt. The output of concentrate amounted to 1.24mt, down by 1.6%.
