Ferrexpo continues to increases pellet output
Swiss-headquartered iron ore mining and pellet producer Ferrexpo with assets in Ukraine increased production of pellet by 7% on-year in January to 1.05 million tonnes, Kallanish notes.
Concentrate output last month increased by 12.2% to 1.3mt.
In full-year 2020, Ferrexpo increased production of pellet by 7% on-year to 11.2mt. Concentrate production increased by 5.9% to 14mt. Sales of pellet in 2020 increased by 17.5% to 12.1mt.
