Feralpi acquires former Stefana mill in Nave
The Feralpi subsidiary Fer-Par has fully acquired Stefana's rolling mill located in Nave, Italy, the steelmaker tells Kallanish. According to the company, the acquisition process required an investment of €10 million ($11.1m).
Fer-Par is now expected to re-employ all 91 workers formerly employed at the site, Feralpi adds.
