Feralpi to finalise Nave mill aquisition by end-May
Italy’s Feralpi group is expected to sign a contract for the acquisition of the Italian merchant bar mill formerly operated by the troubled long steelmaker Stefana on 25 May, Kallanish learns from union sources.
The news emerges after the judicial commissioner Pierfranco Aiardi accepted the offers submitted the Italian retail store chain Esselunga and the Italian steelmaker (see Kallanish 26 April).
