Ezz Steel idles DRI plant on gas shortage
Ezz Steel has idled its new direct reduced iron plant, located in Ain Sokhna, due to a shortage of natural gas supply, according to local reports. The Egyptian steelmaker did not respond to requests from Kallanish for confirmation.
