Ezz Steel exports surge amid domestic sales decline
Egypt's Ezz Steel posted robust on-year growth in nine-month earnings, driven by a surge in exports to $1.21 billion, up 85% on-year.
Rebar and wire rod exports in January-September ballooned 278.6% on-year to $443 million versus $117m last year, while hot rolled coil exports totalled $771m, up 43% on-year from $539m.
