Exports support Turkey's September automobile production growth
Turkish passenger car output rose 18% on-year to 78,439 units in September as automobile exports continued growing, Kallanish notes from a Turkish Automotive Producers' Association (OSD) report.
Overall Turkish motor vehicle production in September was up 2% y-o-y to 118,341 units as the -20% drop in commercial vehicle (CV) output to 39,902 offset the increase in passenger car production, OSD data show.
