Evraz Rocky Mountain, Xcel partner on solar steel
Xcel Energy has agreed to replace its out-going coal-fired electrical capacity with solar in order to retain major customer Evraz Rocky Mountain Steel of Pueblo, Colorado,, Kallanish learns from a company release.
