Evraz eyes building new rail plant in Colorado
Russian steel maker Evraz is reviewing plans to invest over $400 million to build a new rail mill in Pueblo, Colorado, Kallanish reports.
At its annual investor day conference in London, Evraz officials laid out the plans for a plant capable of producing 100-metre rails with an annual capacity of approximately 600,000 tonnes.
