Semis boost Evraz sales, sees third-quarter iron reduction
Steelmaker Evraz's second-quarter consolidated crude steel output fell by -5.1% quarter-on-quarter to 3.337 million tonnes and by -0.7% in the first half of the year to 6.936mt. This was mainly due to capital repairs and gas pause at Evraz ZSMK in June as well as capital repairs at Evraz NTMK in May.
